FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS
What are Family Constellations?
It is a technique developed by the German philosopher, psychologist and theologian Bert Hellinger, and due
to its effectiveness this technique has spread exponentially in many different areas and parts of the world.
The technique is described as: systemic, phenomenological, brief and solution-oriented.
It is a therapeutic approach that allows to reveal hidden or unconscious dynamics, both individual and systemic level (relational, family, work, etc.). Hidden loyalties, misunderstood loves, imbalances between giving and receiving, disorders, excluded people, facts or emotions, pending family issues, among others, boycotting a soul´s personal development from the shadows. Family Constellations allow us to see beyond, it is said that it is like a veil that falls, and when seeing the underlying truth, it allows us to orient ourselves towards the solution.
